Production

For decades we have been a reliable supplier for the chocolate industry of roller dried cream powder and roller dried whole milk powder in Europe. With our roller dried milk powder the Milchwerke Ingolstadt - Thalmässing eG has got well known far beyond the regional market. Our customers are many popular german chocolate manufacturers, but also companies in other European countries, such as Switzerland and Belgium. So you can find the milk of our farmers as highly refined chocolate for decades in many households in Germany. We are one of the main producers of roller dried milk powder in Europe due to the high quality of our milk and our know how in this field. Our milk powder is available in bags of 25 kg, Big-Bags of 600-1.000 kg or as bulk ware.

From daily fresh milk of our farmers we produce the long-life liquid basic mix for Ice cream and Shake (different flavors available). Our products will be produced in accordance with all requirements of the food hygiene, a shelf life of at least 3 months and they are useable for all common Shake- or Ice machines. Our main customers are the McDonald's restaurants in Germany. The liquid basic mix is available in PE-bags of different sizes and qualities (5 l, 10 l). One carton includes units of 4x5 l or 2x10 l. Other units availavle on request.
